INTERNAL REGULATIONS
With a warm welcome, we ask you to take care of the apartment’s equipment and furnishings. We inform you of the following:
Maid Service: from 9:00am. to 1:00pm. It is free of charge, tip is optional.
You must notify the reception to have the cleaning done, the apartment must be unoccupied for it to be done.
Welcome Basket: is a gift from the Apart Hotel, if you need something additional (coffee, sugar, nectar, etc.), it will be charged as extra, the same for shampoo, balm, soap and bathing cap.
Visits: For your own safety, visitors must identify themselves at the reception desk, and must leave the Apart Hotel no later than 8:00 pm.
Parking: is one vehicle per apartment, the second vehicle will be subject to availability. The vehicle must be left with the doors locked, alarm, windows closed. When parking you must use the space efficiently. Move around the parking lot at low speed and with caution.
Apartments & facilities: In case of damage, mistreatment or destruction of the elements, any use that damages any property will be charged in full to the guest. Please do not throw garbage on the floor of the apartments, on the beds, in the bathrooms, on the balconies, in the corridors, in the parking lot or in the elevator. Keep bed linen and towels as clean as possible.
Towels: The use of towels is exclusively inside the apartments, it is forbidden to take away and hang towels on balconies and windows. Towels will be changed on the third morning of your stay. Stained or torn towels will be charged for their total value as determined by the apart hotel.
Elevator: use responsibly, do not exceed the number of people indicated, do not block access doors, children must be accompanied by an adult, do not play with buttons, do not jump inside, pets must be on a leash and well restrained.
