Booking Cancellation Policies:
For any request of modification or cancellation, you must notify us by email:
High Season: maximum 10 days in advance.
Mid Season: maximum 72 hrs in advance.
Low Season: maximum 24 hours in advance.
Refund of reservations:
Reservations made for the same day of check-in, in case of cancellation, are subject to a 30% charge of the reservation.
Cancellation of a reservation within the established period is 100% refundable.
In the case of requesting a change of dates, you can “save” your money reservation, adapting to the variations of accommodation values according to the season and within the following three months.
For late cancellations, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
“No Show” Charge: In case the passenger does not show up on the day confirmed in the reservation, there is no refund of the reservation.
In case of cancellations due to weather conditions or natural disasters, you will only be given the option to change the date within three months from the date of entry..-
